I have the right to refuse any commission. (I will most likely give you the reason if this happens but am not required to)

I have the right to cancel a commission at any stage. (see refund info)

I will not imitate another artists' style or draw copyrighted characters without their explicit permission

If you wish to commission art of original characters that aren’t owned by you I will need proof of consent from the owner (Exceptions may be made in the case of gifts but will need to be discussed)

I own the rights to any and all art I produce. If you wish to use my art for commercial/marketing/business/merch purposes you must purchase the rights to it. This should be discussed upfront. (see copyright info below)

I may post your commissioned art on any of my social media pages, unless you specifically ask me not to

You may repost the artwork to any social media site as long as the signature is visible and/or you give credit

Please give credit if using the art as an icon, banner, etc.

You may not remove my artist signature from an artwork

You must not claim that my art was created by you

Please ask if you wish to make any of your own edits to the artwork

I do not consent to the use of my art to train AI or be made into NFTs

You must be 18+ to commission an NSFW drawing. (I will ask you to prove this by showing your government ID)

All characters depicted must be 18+

Extra charges will apply depending on the specific request

At least one visual reference of your character. This can be your own drawing, a previous commission, a coloured-in line-art base, etc. I’m happy to help you design your character but this will cost extra (price will have to be discussed)

Your Email

Any deadlines (e.g. a convention, a birthday, etc.)

What type of artwork you are commissioning (e.g. headshot, character sheet, etc.)

After submitting a commission request through my Google form you will receive a confirmation email

Any extra details will be discussed and I will calculate the price for the artwork

If you accept the price and are happy for me to proceed with the commission I will email you a PayPal invoice through which you can make your payment (your PayPal email is required for this)

Once I receive the full payment I will begin working on your commission

All payment is to be made via Paypal

All payment is to be made in AUD or USD

Progress images will be sent to you at every stage of the work. Feel free to ask for changes throughout. I will get you to approve each stage before moving on to the next.

All artworks will be sent in their full size as a png via email. They can also be sent via Telegram if you would like

You can only get a full refund if I haven't started sketching. Once I start work on the commission the chance to get a full refund is impossible. So please make sure to contact me ASAP if you wish to cancel.

If you cancel your commission mid-way through, I will offer a refund based on how much work I have completed so far. (E.g. If you commissioned a shaded headshot for 30USD and cancelled when I have only completed the lineart you will get around 15USD as a refund)

Once the artwork is complete I do not offer refunds but please let me know if there is anything you aren’t happy with and I will do my best to fix it. Large changes or multiple small changes may cost an extra fee. Make sure to speak up throughout the drawing process if there are any changes you want made as the earlier you do so the easier it will be to edit!

Copyright exists automatically once a work is created and is free.

Copyright gives artists:

ownership rights relating to their work

automatic and free legal protection as soon as they create a work

the support of Australian and international laws

Copyright infringement is when someone does not ask an artist’s permission before using, changing or showing their work for the first time.

Moral rights of artists:

the right to be named for your work

the right to stop others claiming they created your work

the right not to have your work subjected to derogatory treatment
